There are no words to express my deep gratitude to Dr Gayatri Mittal. I have been pain free since the injection and can walk again normally. I cannot remember the last time I felt so well. Also, like to add that Dr Mittal is very patient and she listens. I really appreciate this.

From the accurate diagnosis to managing to secure me an appointment with surgeon I can only say I am truly grateful to Dr Mittal. To have gone from agonising pain to starting my recovery in such a short time is very much due to your commitment.

Dr Mittal is an exceptional rheumatologist. She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to go through my long medical history to be able to pin point exactly what the problem was. She was able to solve my issue, which had baffled most other doctors, within our first meeting and this was subsequently confirmed by various tests. Dr. Mittal was also very patient and compassionate, going above and beyond to reassure my mother’s concerns. Both I and my mother felt that I was in the safest possible hands whilst under Dr. Mittal’s care and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She is superb.

Dear Dr. Mittal, Now that I have been discharged from my treatment, I want to thank you very much for your treatment, help, and support. My tendonitis seems to be completely cured. When I first consulted you I was in so much pain that I could barely leave my flat. I was afraid that I would lose so much fitness and mobility that I would never be able to recover. At the age of 78, I was afraid I would have to lead a very limited life. You directed me towards a proper diagnosis of the condition and to the appropriate physiotherapy and hydrotherapy. The physiotherapists were excellent and supportive. I have diligently continued to do my hydrotherapy exercises. And will continue to do so. Dr Mittal is highly knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose and treat my complex condition. She gives me options about my care and clearly explains my treatment plan. In addition, Dr Mittal is always very flexible with her appointment times.

In just one visit Dr. Mittal diagnosed that I had a hip problem and not a spine problem  for which I had two years of unsuccessful treatment. As I walked in to her consulting room she said she thought she could told what was wrong with me but would wait until she had analysed my scans. But I replied I am not leaving until you tell me. “Hips” she said. A month ago I had a double Hip replacement by Dr. Robert Marsden at the St.John & St Elizabeth Hospital London NW8 9NH and am already walking largely pain free after two terrible years.

Many so called Specialists profess to be able to treat gout! I had been “undertreated” with much pain, by two of them before I met Dr Mittal. Dr Mittal carefully diagnosed my gout and gout like symptoms and treated me back to full mobility, for which I am deeply grateful.

Dr Mittal is a great diagnostic and caring specialist. I went to see Dr Mittal after having been referred by my GP for rheumatic problems. Dr Mittal immediately was able to diagnose the problem and did so in a caring and thorough manner. Her follow-up was fantastic and she always copied me on her letters to my doctors which were each time sent within 24 hours of seeing Dr Mittal in her rooms. Dr Mittal has a very thorough manner and is able to listen carefully to the problems I was having and show compassion with my difficulties. She is an excellent Consultant Rheumatologist and I would highly recommend Dr Mittal.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr Mittal, who was very approachable, diligent and thorough in her treatment. I came to her with a rare condition, suffering from recurring inflammations for months. She was quick to research and analyse the condition, developing a treatment plan that helped alleviate the symptoms and significantly improved my quality of life.
